This May, the Elevated Food & Wine Festival returned to Atlanta for its third year — and it was our biggest celebration yet. From infused culinary experiences to advocacy conversations, the 2025 EFWE proved once again that cannabis and culture go hand in hand.
A Festival with Roots
Since our very first event in 2023, EFWE has been about more than food and drink. We started in Atlanta with the vision of creating safe, educational, and unforgettable experiences for the hemp and cannabis community. By 2024, the festival had grown in size, added New Jersey to the lineup, and expanded our infusion competition. Now in 2025, EFWE has evolved into a true cultural platform — bridging legacy markets with legal ones while keeping advocacy at the heart of the experience.
Highlights from EFWE 2025 in Atlanta
This year’s festival featured a full day of activities designed to engage, educate, and entertain:
Chef Competition – Master Chefs Cup: Culinary innovators battled to create the ultimate infused dishes, showcasing both creativity and flavor.
Live Cooking Demos: Attendees got a front-row seat to infusion techniques and gourmet cannabis-friendly cuisine.
Expert Discussion Panel: Leaders from across the industry shared insights on advocacy, equity, and the future of cannabis.
Workshops & Interactive Experiences: From winemaking and puff-n-paint sessions to games and tastings, guests had hands-on opportunities to learn and connect.
Vendor Village: Local and national brands showcased products — from hemp beverages to artisan edibles — creating direct connections between businesses and consumers.
Advocacy Moments: We dedicated space to highlight the importance of cannabis equity, safe access, and supporting minority-owned businesses.
Live Performances: DJs and artists set the vibe, blending music with the festival’s high-energy atmosphere.
A Festival that Gives Back
As always, EFWE pledged a portion of proceeds to advocacy partners who share our mission of destigmatizing cannabis and creating equitable opportunities in the industry. By bringing together culture, education, and advocacy, we’re building a platform that is as impactful as it is entertaining.
Looking Ahead
EFWE has always been about growth — not just for our festival, but for the entire cannabis community. From Atlanta to New Jersey and beyond, we’re excited to announce that in 2026, EFWE will expand to two major cities: Atlanta (May 2026) and New York City (Sept 2026).
